Normally tears are formed by Lacrimal gland constantly. They lubricate cornea and conjunctiva, provide nutrition and take away waist products. Due to pollution,several types of oral drugs, infrequent blinking or some systemic disease, tear formation decreases and person feels foreign body sensation, grittiness and some discharge. This problem is more in ladies at the age of 40-45 years with menopause. More the age more the incidence. Almost 10-20 percent of population after 40 years suffer from this disease. Diabetic Retinopathy

Diabetic Retinopathy is the major cause of blindness in Diabetic patients. Diabetes when not controlled or after about 10 years start affecting the retina of the eyes. Glaucoma, a blinding disease

Glaucoma is the major cause of preventable blindness in the world. In India, about 4-5 percent of population suffer from this blinding disease and 60 percent not aware of the disease
